Hi I have been working out to loose weight since last August, I was happy to see the results when I started however since last month I don't see any changes in my weight. My gym guy insists me 7 to take fat burners but I am little confused. I am assuming every body has different fats and need different fat burners. My question is there anybody whom I can consult and prescribe me the best fat burner that suits my body.

Hi Eating a balanced diet and a good combination of protein pre and post workout itself will increase d metabolism protect n nurture lean muscle mass and help burn fats.It is definitely not advisable to hv fat burners as they hv long term side effects.For a personalized chart you cld consult me privately.
