Hello.... Since you are not able to do exercise due to back pain go on strict diet till you conceive. First and foremost avoid foods high in calories like sweets, sugary foods, sugar, fried foods, processed foods and bakery foods. .....in breakfast take only egg whites or milk or sprouts with few nuts......Mid morning you take salads.......In lunch take one phulka without oil and ghee, vegetable, sprouts one bowl, buttermilk and one spoon of flaxseed........evening one small cup of milk without sugar and in mid evening one fruit preferably it should not be sweet.........dinner same like lunch only replace sprouts with one bowl of dal. Try to follow the diet. Hope this will help you.
