Hi, I am looking for a good diet plan which I can easily follow in day today life. I work in avaition industry, hence I have to maintain 22BMI throughout. Also, I am doing imtemidate fasting, since long... I actually started liking it and can mold according to my work schedule. I like more of vegetables, fruits. I eat non-vegetarian rarely. I am looking for a good and healthy diet plan which I can adopt for long run.
