Hi doctor I am 26 old and my weight is 53, but all are saying you have put on weight, every day I'm doing some of the other excersie but also I don't no what is the issue pls suggest me if I want to reduce my weight or what I want to do.

Your ideal weight depends on your height. Weight is not the only sign of obesity. You can do your BMI testing to start with. If you find yourself overweight then there are many reasons which contribute to weight gain. If weight gain is due some hormonal imbalance then only diet and exercise will not help. But, there is no reason to worry. Ayurveda is very effective.
