Sir, iam DM type II with controlled glucose level i.e FF-80-90 and PP-100-110. Ihave been prescribed metformine 500 mg BD and Vildagliptin 50 mg OD. But ionly take Metformine 500 mg BD. My Problem is ihave controlled sugar but i have been consistently loosing weight.Will IME-9 suit me? as ihave controlled glucose level, will it further reuce my weight?Iam also been diagnosed Auto Immune Disorder. My Hba1c remains less than 6.my other tests other than sugar is normal

Hello I understand your concern. This is not a big problem and has an easy treatment . The weight loss is due to Metformin. We need to put you a different drug But before I prescribe you the treatment, you need to answer the following questions for proper dosages and good treatment. 1. What's your age ? 2. Whats your Height and weight ? 3. Since when do you have this problem ? 4. Do you have any other health problems except this problem? 5. Do you take any other medicines ? 6. Do you have any allergy to any medicines or otherwise? 7. Do you have any acidity problem ? 8. Do you drink or smoke ? 9. Any constipation problem ? 10. Any Drugs history ? U r Diabetes status is under good control, u can reduce metformin dose, take once daily after dinner. Can u specify how many kg weight loss and the duration. What autoimmune disease u have ?
