Difficult to lose weight
Hi, My TSH level is 12.5 and taking medication of 100 mcg and my weight is 108 kgs. Problem is I do exercise but unable to lose weight. Can anyone tell me whether to increase dose as earlier I was taking 75 mcg but my levels got increase so doctor suggested me 100 mcg Thyronorm. And I also checked my kidney reports and they  are good only calcium is 10.3. so should I take multivitamin b12 remyln d or should I take d rise as my vitamin level is low. Please help
