Hi - u must v to reduce carbohydrate, fat,all junk,oil only 20 ml 2 tsf. Only boil vegetables for 15 days. No rice 2 roti morning & evening. Curd, 200 ml, citrus fruits only. Walking 3 km or skipping helpful
