Weight lose after appendix surgery
I had appendix operation in 2007 and 2009 from there i lost my weight and i couldn't gain plz help me to gain my weight

Start exercise with good fats and high protein highly nutritious diet. Being low weight we always neglect the impact of exercise on our health . Add more calories with nutrition only . No junk n night sugar food . No need for any medicine. Consult personally for proper guidance and results.

Hi Increase your protein consumption  Also increase your carbohydrate consumption. Have milk,  dry fruits and nuts, bananas daily. Use bigger plates to eat and eat frequently. Do little exercise daily  You can contact me for a detailed and customized diet plan for you Regards

Its necessary to follow a healthy diet which has optimal amounts of first class proteins (dairy products,egg,fish,etc) complex carbohydrates(oats,brown rice etc) & healthy fats (almonds,walnuts etc )along with a structured exercise program that is balanced with weight training and cardio will surely help.
