Pr oat,Dalia ,rice flakes curd ,banana 1 pc.2 or breads whole wheat,mix veg,dal.mid morning fruit 2 PCs different types,salad dressing low salt.launch rice or chapati dal,mix veg,fish/paneer/egg one standard,
Mid afternoon - fruits salad ,juice
Evening - 100 ml milk,biscuits, puffed rice etc.or 2 pcs idly.dinner - chapati 3 PCs dal,mix veg..smal pc fish or paneer 50g.or Bengal gram ,sprouts tarka, etc.low fat pl.note also no fried,junk, street, cream based foods.no fried or biriyani types rice. No stress but sufficient rest..no fried or dry fruits & rich masala not allowed. Thanks
