Iam 31yr old female Iam facing weight loss plateaus I do lots of workouts in gym with diet inspite of that iam my weight on scale is same from.past 4months But I have lost inches Iam very much frustrated with this

Hi. Telk me your lifestyle as well as menstrual cycle history and digestive history to know the reason and what exactly you have done till now with gym. I'm sure you must be taking low calorie high fibre diet with plenty of liquids and at keast 7 hrs. Of sleep.

Hello , Consume  low calorie rich diet like fruits and veg,milk and milk products, whole cereals, dals. Take small frequent meal and drink plenty of water. Go for regular exercise, yoga,running, swimming, etc. Keep yourself relaxed and cool. Thanks
