I am 32 height 5ft weight 73kg really need a diet to be 50kg in 3 months I m now a days eating only tomato oats nd boiled veggies with boiled chicken what else I have to do to get rid of my fat

Since you are looking for a quick weight loss try to increase the intake of sprouts and boiled eggs in your diet. Eat something every two hours. Soak methi in water at night and drink the water in the morning to reduce bloating and it will also enhance weight loss.
