Why is it that for the same hypothyroidism some ppl gain so much weight and some like me have to struggle to have a decent weight so that clothes look good. I m a breastfeeding mother of a 11 months old baby..what should be my diet so that nobody asks me "tumhe kya hua h"..especially my face is getting thinner..
