Weight issues
I am suffering from this since very early age. I want to finish this off now because completely frustrated. I have mild pcod due to which it is becoming more and more impossible for me to shed weight. Please help me out. I am not at all lazy thought my weight has reached to 92 KGS but still I don't have problems in walking or working. But weight is increasing day by day. What to do mam.???

Eat low fat low carb, high protein diet devided into 3 main and 3 small meals Keep proper hydration level Sleep at least for 6 hrs Make yourself stress free Avoid junk food and high calorie food.
