I am 21 years old. My weight is 41.7kgs and my height is 5'4. I'm obviously underweight according to my BMI. I also have pcod. I'm also on hormonal birth control (Yasmin). I've tried being on diet and following it religiously but never worked on me.
I want to gain a more feminine body. My breasts are very small and so is my lower body. Can you help me gain a more female body proportion and also a weight so that my bmi is not underweight?

You have deep gut issues leading to hormonal imbalance and weight issues
Work with holistic health care provider to fix root cause
Symptoms suppressing meds don't work in fixing chronic health issues
Gut is the core of health or disease.
Due to PCOD invariably weight remains above normal . But if you are underweight that means your metabolism is good. So do exercise regularly and eat something every 3 hours. Weight will start increasing
