Weight gain entirely depends on diet and what are you taking as suppliment. Going to gym doesn't mean you'll get beefed up You've to eat a lot and utilise all that energy

Any weight loss or weight gain plan takes time for effect.its important ro know sine how long you have been following this regime.Please share your diet and gym plan in detail for more guidance.at the end of the day,your calorie intake needs to be more than your expenditure for weight gain to occur.
