There is as such no medicine for weight gain, Diet is the best remedy with lots of SALAD, FRUITS,SPROUTS first than main course of meals. One big plate with all these u can add paneer tofu also, a small plate with cooked food, that too whole daal, rajma, chik pea, curd, chapati every day different ragi jowar, makka, bajra this is winter possible to consume.green vegetables, daal, rice less. Add dryfruits almond, apricot pistachu. Buttermilk rather than milk, One tab Supradyne one at night for three weeks. Practine4 mg one hr before dinner. It enhances HUNGER. For three weeks.  Followed by Sleep as it causes dizzy, sleepy, it's available in syrup form ciproheptidtne syr.
