Hello,, you can lose weight with a little determination, self discipline and with consistency.
Here is what you need to do. 1)exercise - daily atleast 30min exercise morning and evening like jogging or brisk walk or aerobics or swimming or joining gym will help you lose weight 2)diet - eat 5 to six small meals instead a 3 large meals. Add more of vegetables and fruits, avoid junk foods and oily foods, drink green tea or lemon juice daily without sugar. Avoid all sweets and bekary foods. Keep your daily calorie intake to 1200 calories. Drink plenty of water. 3)avoid stress by involving with family friends or recreational activities. 4)have quality sleep of 7 hrs a day.
