Weight is increasing
I walk a lot in the day, however my weight doesn't seem to be be reducing. Also belly fat is increasing a lot. Any advise on how to reduce this.

You need to take high fiber low fat diet followed by detox diet. Drink lot of water everyday. Take small and frequent meals at regular intervals. Avoid outside food completely. Ask me directly for customized diet plan for you.

According to ur height ur wt is too much high so for reducing wt follow three main things like healthy diet, exercise and brisk walk morning and evening. Provide me complete information of ur height, weight, physical activity, madical history, family history, diet history, veg or nonveg. Weight loss 1. Drink water 16 glasses daily 2. Take high fibre diet and low fat and carbohydrates diet plan and do exercise. 3. I want to know do you have any vitamin deficiency? Only walk will not help you need to take balance diet as well. Everyones body is different. You need to do custamised exercise and diet. Which will suit you.

Do’s- use skimmed/ single tonned milk (300) ml daily Use curd and paneer made up from the single tonned milk also Use olive oil, saffola, rice bran oil, sunflower oil , mustard oil etc Drink 8-10 glass of water daily and walk 15-30 minutes is advisable Don’t- avoid sugar and it’s products Avoid roots vegetables like potato , sweet potato, arbhi, zimikand Avoid fried, processed, packaged, processed, canned, tinned food products Avoid pickles and papad etc
