Try to focus on carbs and good fats also. You can start your day with chocolate smoothie or banana apple milk shakes. You can add some nuts like almonds , cashew etc. Try drinking one or two glasses of whole milk as a snack , or before or after workout.ypu can also opt for nuts or peanut butter. It is a great option to gain weight.Rice is also a low cost option to gain you can also have some oats they are also high in calories.
