What should the weight of 19-20 year old female be? Also does Endura mass help with weight gain? Can I have it with milk alternately and will I see results??

Hi your ideal weight delight on your hieght.  So I need more information.  Also consumption of supplements is not the right way to gain weight. If you feel you are underweight we need to know the reasons before fixing the problem.  Is it due to : wrong eating habits,  liver function , anemia, TB ,thyroid problems, worms etc.

Don't use supplements take natural food.for gaining weight follow three main things like healthy diet, exercise and walk early morning and evening which increase ur metabolism.dont skip ur breakfast which increase ur appetite.take high calorie and rich protien in ur diet.add good fat and nuts in ur diet.avoid oily and fried food.

Ideal at shd be 52 to 54 If you are underweight take healthy balanced diet Include  desi ghee, nut,seeds  ,peanut butter  ,banana shake ,sprouts, veggies and fruit, egg ,fish ,milk ....in your diet No products  is advised.

Hi, For ideal weight we need to know the details of height. Basis on which the ideal weight can be calculated. That said weight gain is a gradual process & it needs a lot of personalized dietary approaches. Drastic changes, working out excessively or supplements will only give short term results. Improving your overall food intake and regularity in physical activity mainly weight-bearing exercises will help you in putting on weight. It is also important to understand that weight gain should be due to an increase in lean muscle mass and not fat gain. Patience and compliance are two things that will help and show the results. A personalized diet is strongly recommended as constant modifications are required. Following are the guidelines that will be of help as a start to gain weight: 1. Do not skip meals & Have balanced meals throughout the day 2. Never workout or exercise on an empty stomach. Have a fruit, preferably banana before exercise       3. Ensure protein in the form of dals, pulses, milk, eggs, chicken, fish, sprouts, paneer etc to be a part of every meal that you take. 4. Ensure 2 fruits throughout the day. 5. Incorporate foods that contain healthy fats & are calorie-dense like almonds, walnuts, peanuts, dried fruits like dates, anjeer, raisins etc during mid-meals as snacks 6. Have calorically dense foods such as milkshakes, lassi, chicken or paneer sandwich/wraps, peanut chikki etc & calorically dense vegetables like potato, sweet potato, yam etc 7. Have a glass of milk during bedtime  8. Strength training exercises will help in improving the muscle and your weight on the scale while decreasing your body fat percentage 9. Avoid sweets, fried foods, fruit juices, junk food as it will increase your body fat even though you may look lean/thin 10. Drink 8-10 glasses of water throughout the day at regular intervals to keep yourself well hydrated

U must be around 52-54 kg. Eat good amount vegetables,fruits,greengramsprouts. Two tsf ghee everyday keeps u fit and strong.200 ml milk twice a day,200 ml buttermilk,twice a day is good . Avoid fastfood,bakeryfoods,oilyspicy masalas,. Fivealmonds,two drydates,five raisins,two figs,two walnuts everyday. If ur non veg eater eat once in a week. Walk,playsporys,swim,yoga,everyday for twohours. Take ksheerabala101 cap one twice a day half an hour before food..
