Weight Gain
What are the diets I need to take to gain my weight.? how much calories should I have to take in a day ? I am non vegetarian and I used to eat non veg 3 times in a week also taking proper diets on time like breakfast, lunch and dinner. What exactly to eat and when to eat ? At morning breakfast I used to eat 1 paratha with 1 glass of banana/almond/honey/peanut butter/ Shake. Then in lunch I used to eat 4 chapati with veggies and in dinner I eat rice. So my diet is proper but still there is no improvement in my weight because according to my height and age my weight should be 64-65KG atleast to look fit. Actually I don't be like chubby I just wanted to be fit. So I need some consultation about my diet plan. And what I used to take on daily basis is there any treatment or just I need to follow the diet ? I would be very helpful if you will suggest me for this. As I m working so I hardly get time to go to gym. Also I used to play cricket twice in a week that's it nothing else. Pls suggest
