Don't use short cut way for gaining weight follow healthy diet, exercise and brisk walk morning and evening which increase ur metabolism. Don't skip ur breakfast which increase ur appetite. Take high calorie & rich protein In ur diet. Add plenty of water. Small and frequent feeding should be included in your diet.
