Weight gain/ obesity
Want to lose 15 kgs. of weight. What's the minimum time that will be required to lose this amount of weight? Also since I have a sedentary lifestyle, hence what will the best method to do so. Don't want to go to gym.

Hello, I understand your feeling. Since you have asked for the best way to loose your weight that us going to Gym and start shedding sweat but it seems that your not interested in that. Then you need to try alternatives like bariatric surgery, liposuction, crash diet courses along with exercise are your choices you may choose one among them. If you want to loose weight by going to Gym you may need 3 months of time, but the other ways need only 45 days if time. But remember there are side effects too. Thank you
