My height is 5'2 and weight is 63 kg. I work out 2 hours daily and taking a1000 kcl diet for the last one month. But there is no weight loss. But my clothes has become little loose. I am also in the medicine for depression. I noticed weight gain after starting the medication. So I started strict dieting and exercise. Why my clothes become loose without losing a single kilogram?
