You need to analyse your eating habits with a qualified dietitian.
Eat protein rich and calorie dense food, to make your meal calorie rich it's advisable not to depend on extra sugar.
Have frequent meals.
Have healthy in between snacks like nuts, fruit smoothie.
Ask doctor for deworming (to get rid off unnecessary warms of gut).
Take probiotic every day. Curd is easily available form of probiotic, this will ensure better digestion and absorption of nutrients.
