Weight gain issues

I have been experiencing weight gain since last 1 year. I am a professional and have long sitting hours also due to which I am unable to exercise and gym. I need suggestions for a proper diet which can aid me in weight loss.

Take high fiber diet. Take plenty of water every. Take frequent and small meals at 2-3 hrs interval. Avoid fast foods and junk.

I understand your concern.is there reason being your sudden weight gain? Like stress, hormonal imbalance, family history? If all are OK, then you can have low carb n high fiber diet in order to lose weight. Involve yourself in some breathing exercises along with fat loss workout 4/5 days a week for 40min each day. Have green tea twice daily. Have lots of fluids throughout the day. Cut down portions of cereals. take low fat,low carbohydrate,high fibre diet
with 10 -12 glasses of water
and at least 6 hours of sound sleep
50 mnts daily physical activity of your choice to burn extra calories and try to adopt healthy lifestyle management
Avoid readymade junk foods
