My age is 26 & my weight is 40kg & i want to gain weight..Can i use Health tone it is effective or not.. Iske side effect hai..? Plz guide me..actually i used bananashake & dryfruits also..but koi fark ni pda isly..

Only taking banana shake and dry fruits is not enough. You need to have good balance diet. Start having small and frequent meals. Have atleast 3banana everyday. 2 eggs, handful of mixed dry fruits everyday, lots of milk products, lots of water. Weight gain is slow process so you need to have  patience. Having protein drinks or powder is next step if your diet is not able to full fill your protein needs.
