Weight gain
I'm 19 and I've had severe facial puffiness with an overall weight gain of 3kgs just in the past 1 to 2months .. I'm non diabetic .. my thyroid reports were normal .. I drink3 to 3.5litres of water a day and my periods are completely normal. I don't consume sugar at all and I also consume a lot of fruits and vegetables. But I don't have any physical exercise at present which can be the cause of my weight gain. But how can I treat my facial puffiness and reduce my weight.
