You can surely start exercising, little stretching n walking which are in your comfortable zone. Take a professional guidance for both diet n exercise. Have home cooked light foods. Have lots of fluids throughout the day.
Relax for 2months atleast ...then start diets....dont do it by urself...
Follow dietician properly coz u hv to feed ur baby more then a year.
feeding mom should follow dietician after 2months
avoid sugar n fried
