Hello, don't take protein powders, it may harm your health , there is a limit within which it should be taken ,if you take excess it may damage kindney, have meals at regular intervals, don't skip meals , have meat ,ghee, egg, fish etc... do exercise daily ,sleep well ,avoid worries ,you can work out in gym,it increases your appetite.
