Hello, Weight gain is a slow process and patience is going to be very important. Drastic changes or supplements are only a short-term way to gain weight. Improving your overall food intake and regularity in physical activity will help in weight gain. As all your tests are normal which is good a  personalized dietary approach is recommended for you as it will enable us in understanding your lifestyle, routine and other factors preventing from weight gain. As a start you can following the guidelines below -  1. Do not skip meals, have small & frequent meals 2. Foods high in protein should be a part of all 3 meals, breakfast, lunch & dinner. Foods with higher protein content are pulses, sprouts, eggs, chicken, fish, soya, milk, paneer, curd, etc. 4. Incorporate foods that contain healthy fats and are calorically dense like almonds, walnuts, peanuts, dried fruits like dates, anjeer, raisins etc during mid-meals 5. If you cannot tolerate large portions at a time have calorically dense foods such as milkshakes, lassi, chicken or paneer sandwich/wraps, peanut chikki etc & calorically dense vegetables like potatoes, sweet potatoes, yam etc 6. Fruits like banana, chickoo, sitaphal etc are high in calories. 7. Exercise daily 8. Drink 8-10 glasses lf water to stay hydrated.

Hi! Weight gain depends on several factors such as stress, food intake, type of food , physical activity, smoking, alcohol consumption and the efficiency of your digestive system to absorb all you eat. Some people may eat well, but still not gain weight, with all medical parameters in normal limits - this could be genetic. However, If your parents or siblings are not as thin as you are, then there’s definitely scope to put on weight. Include fresh fruits, raw vegetables, dry fruits and healthy fats like ghee, milk, butter. Make sure you eat small frequent meals, rather than 3 big meals. Indulge in light physical activity to improve muscle gain. A detailed assessment of your current health status is necessary to provide a suitable diet plan and supplements that will work.
