It generally happens if there have been any changes in your eating habits, stress, physical activity or due to hormonal changes. Remember spot reduction is not possible, but you can still reduce overall fat and tone this part of body by following a balanced diet and regular exercise routine.  - Focus on a balanced, nutrient-rich diet. Include whole grains like oats, millets, brown rice, whole wheat instead of refined carbohydrates like white bread, white rice, maida. Include fruits and vegetables for fiber intake. - Start incorporating protein like eggs, fish, chicken, beans, dals, low fat dairy, tofu as it helps in building muscle and keeps you satiated. Include Healthy fats from nuts, seeds, avocados. - Limit processed foods, bakery products, sugary snacks and drinks, as these can contribute to fat storage around your stomach region.  - Physical activity is important. Gentle to moderate exercise, such as brisk walking, cycling, or even home workouts targeting your legs and core, can help tone these muscles. Do not forget to keep yourself hydrated.

To reduce fat from inner thigh and around navel the focus should be on overall fat loss through a combination of: 1. Diet for fat loss ( especially thigh and belly ) Reduce refined carbs Avoid sugar in all forms Limit saturated fats Eat small frequent meals 2. Target exercise ( but full body focus needed) Though spot reduction isn’t possible, certain exercise Tone thigh and belly
