Weight Gain
I am 17 years old and my weight is 46 kg . A month ago i increased my calorie intake and also joined gym to gain weight but nothing happened , now trainer has advised me to take weight gainer.So should i take it or not? Also i am able to take only around 2000 calories max. in whole day through food. And  If yes which gainer i should take? Plz help.
