It is possible to increase your weight by following right dietary habits according to your body's requirements. Sleep pattern also affects on your health. You have to get 6 hour s of sound sleep everyday. Night shift works disturbs the eating behaviour. While working you can consume some healthy foods. Ex: dry fruits, fruits, vegetables, juices, healthy malts etc.. Try to keep your body active through exercise and proper dietary habits. Say no to junk foods.
Next Steps
Eat healthy foods while working.  Diet planning according to your work pattern is required. Consult Dietician to get diet plan for you.
