Hello, I understand your concern but first of all be happy with yourself. Weight and body image issues are very common these days but the reality is that they do not matter much to your existence. Do what makes your soul happy. Many Anxiety medications cause weight gain by increasing appetite. If this has happened in your case then correct your diet. Dont eat less, eat correct type of food. Excercise to feel fit, dnt expect results instantly and keep patience. Have warm water only. Meditate. Get good counselling. Also, see to it that you are not been given steroids. Because steroids also increase weight. Keep your immunity status good. Sudden weight gain or loss might just crash your immunity and give you infections. Trust the process.

hi... it commonly happens with SSRIs . consult with ur psychiatrist. and discuss if its possible to shift to other medications. if your anxiety levels are controlled using those medications then i think you should focus on getting a good diet and exercise. it will help you though not completely. it will also help you to deal with anxiety in such a way that u will be off drugs. talk to ur psychiatrist
Next Steps
Try and focus on ur mental wellbeing first and then think of ways that can reduce ur weight as well as deal better with anxiety.
Health Tips
dont be too anxious for ur weight gain...
