1 # Eat a balanced diet Plenty of vegetables, fruits,        whole grains, pulses, nuts, and seeds. Limit ultra-processed foods, excess sugar, and excessive salt. Choose healthy protein sources and healthy fats. 2 # Stay physically active Aim for at least 150 minutes of moderate exercise per week. Include strength training 2–3 times weekly. 3 # Maintain a healthy weight Excess body weight increases the risk of many chronic diseases. 4 # Get adequate sleep Most adults need 7–9 hours of quality sleep each night. 5 # Stay hydrated Drink enough water throughout the day. 6 # Avoid tobacco and limit alcohol Smoking and tobacco use significantly increase disease risk. 7 #Manage stress Meditation, yoga, hobbies, social connections, and relaxation techniques can help. 8 # Practice good hygiene Wash hands regularly and follow food-safety practices 9 # Have regular health checkups Monitor blood pressure, blood sugar, cholesterol, dental health, and vision as recommended.

See how much is your weight fluctuation after checking weight and charting it daily. Check all the blood parameters including liver and kidney function tests.see that there is no premenstrual fluid retention.with all these done we can come to a conclusion. Check for anaemia and any cardiac problems by doing an echo.take enough proteins in the diet

Weight fluctuations can occur from thyroid control, diabetes medicines, diet or fluid shifts. Please share your recent weight trend, HbA1c, TSH and complete medication list so I can assess this properly. I recommend a Practo consultation with me or a visit to Synergy Multispeciality Hospital, Miraj.
Next Steps

Weight fluctuations are often due to fluid balance, diet and medications; pioglitazone and mirtazapine may contribute to weight gain. Focus on consistent diet, activity and periodic weight monitoring rather than daily changes. For personalized evaluation and management, you may connect with me via Practo.

Day to day weight swings of a kilo or two are mostly water and salt shifts, not real fat change, and with your conditions under control they usually mean nothing dangerous. Some of your current medicines can also nudge weight in both directions.
Next Steps
Weigh yourself once a week, same time and same clothes, and take your full medicine list to one treating doctor for a single combined review.
Health Tips
Please don't stop or adjust any of these medicines on your own, and do tell your psychiatrist how much this worry is affecting you.
