Weight carrying in pregnancy
I am currently 29 weeks pregnant. And I do all my house hold work . So during time sometimes I used to carry or lift Wheat or rice packets of 2kg to 3kg . Fruits from markets around 3kg. Is this weight is harmful during pregnancy. Kindly advise UPTO how much kgs we can lift or carry while pregnant.

Below 5 kgs is ok but any weight it is it should creat pressure in abdomen
