1. The due date by NT scan is to be considered in your case as the cycles were irregular and the difference is more than 7 days.
2. The growth of the baby is showing some signs of delay as the abdominal circumference (AC) is lagging. You will need frequent ultrasound to monitor the baby's growth and blood flow (Doppler)
3. Hb should be at least 10.5. So, if the Hemoglobin is not improving with Iron then she needs to get checked for other reasons like Thalassemia and if Iron deficiency is the reason then you can also get Injectable Iron also.
The growth parameters of the baby are not as per expected
The abdominal circumference is lagging behind
For low hemoglobin level she should be taking Iron supplements regularly
And an iron rich diet
Still hemoglobin levels do not show a catch up growth you require a test called HB electrophoresis to rule out thalassemia trait
For dating pregnancy correctly we need first scan if you have any scan before NT scan.
At present your baby growth, water around the baby and blood flow to the baby is also normal.
Her haemoglobin is less.
Can you send the whole complete blood count report.we need to see other parameters to decide whether she needs iron supplementation or any other supplements like vit B12 or folic acid
Next Steps
needs to review cbc to advise further test and medicine
Health Tips
keep a count on fetal movement please....rest all is ok
