For vitamin B12 you can always take a supplement. However please ask your doctor for the dosage since I am not aware of your report. From the limited information you have given I am assuming that you are trying to loose weight. Since you are not being able to, I would suggest get a full body health check up done to see if you are having any hormonal problems or further deficiencies. Make sure you are having a good amount of fibre and protein in your diet. I wish I could give you more advice. Sometimes your weight levels off because your body metabolic rate adjusts according to your new diet and exercise. You have to shake up your metabolic activity by either completely changing your diet for a while or increasing the intensity of workout. I wish you all the best
