Sounds like you have a viral fever.Symptoms you are experiencing now may last for a few days even if there is no fever.Drink plenty of water , fruits and some multivitamin like supradyn 1 daily for few weeks.You can use cetrizine tablet 10 mg to relieve the symptoms.
