Glucose bottles will not help you. Get Haemoglobin, blood sugar, thyroid function tests,  serum calcium, vit d3, b12, done and share results. Share details of your symptoms. For now, take syp maltviron 5m.l morning and evening Tab ostocalcium one morning and one evening for 4 weeks. Focus more on fresh vegetables and fruits in diet

Your symptoms of dizziness and extreme weakness need a thorough evaluation, especially given your very low body weight (36kgs) and thyroid history. A "glucose bottle" (IV fluids) is only a temporary measure and will not solve the underlying cause. Immediate Requirements: Thyroid Profile: We must check your current TSH, Free T3, and Free T4 levels. Thyroid imbalance is likely a major contributor to your weakness and weight. Blood Tests: You need a Complete Blood Count (CBC) to check for anemia and a Random Blood Sugar (RBS) test to check for hypoglycemia. Nutritional Screening: Your weight is significantly below the healthy range for your height. We need to evaluate your daily diet and check levels of Vitamin B12, D3, and Iron. Next Steps: Do not self-medicate with IV fluids (glucose bottles) as they can cause electrolyte imbalances if not administered correctly. Consult a General Physician or Endocrinologist immediately for a physical examination and to review your thyroid status. Stay hydrated with oral rehydration solutions (ORS) or coconut water in the meantime.

Weakness and dizziness can be due to low BP, low sugar, dehydration, or anemia. You can take some glucose or sweet drink for quick relief, but also drink plenty of water and eat proper meals. If it keeps happening or you feel severe weakness, get checked (Hb, BP, sugar). Consult a doctor for proper evaluation and treatment.

Dont worry this happens because of like dehydration or skipping a meal. Do not take a glucose bottle (IV drip) on your own at home. Intravenous (IV) fluids should only be given by a doctor or nurse in a hospital after checking your condition Sit or Lie Down and rest to avoid falling. Drink coconut water, or an ORS If your sugar is low, eat a banana, or drink some fruit juice. you must get up very slowly to prevent your blood pressure from dropping suddenly

Book a consultation need further evaluation
