Yes, your reports clearly indicate iron deficiency anemia — serum iron and transferrin saturation are both low, and hemoglobin of 10.7 confirms mild anemia. These findings definitely explain your symptoms of weakness in limbs, fatigue, dizziness, and tiredness, as your body isn’t getting enough oxygen supply due to reduced hemoglobin and iron stores. You’ll need proper iron replacement (oral or injectable, depending on tolerance), dietary correction, and evaluation for the cause of iron loss (like heavy periods, gastric issues, etc.) to prevent recurrence. For personalized guidance on your reports, dosage, and recovery plan, you can directly connect with me on WhatsApp at eight zero zero nine eight two one three three two for a detailed consultation and treatment plan.
