Dear sir
I am 22 years old..I have been a weakness and thin problem from last 2 year,but I want to recover me as a normal human being body weight and for that I having 2 egg together with 2 banana in breakfast.. please advice me whether eating of banana with egg is harmful for health or not??..and also advice me what I have to recover my body weight..
