Weakness and pain in joints

Hello doctors From last 4 to 5 days I have too much pain in my body after doing any work I feel too much weak and I have thalecemia trade positive my hb is around 9 . I have hair fall too from last month and headache. Is it because of b12 or iron defeciecy. I have start vit d shots suggested by doctor . Can I start neurobian forte tablet plz reply guys
