My wife keeps complaining about weakness. We have done multiple tests and everything is normal except for b12 deficiency. Despite of taking injections for b12, she is still feeling weak. She gets Tired very easily. Plz suggest

HELLO, CONSULT A PSYCHIATRIST. TILL THAN, TABLET PROPRANOLOL 40MG  HALF AFTER LUNCH N HALF AFTER DINNER FOR LONG-TERM BASIS. TABLET ETIZOLA PLUS ONE AT NIGHT FOR FIFTEEN TO TWENTY DAYS. IF SHE FEELS BETTER CONTINUE IT. O.K BYE.
