To reduce gas and bloating, focus on a diet that includes easily digestible foods like bananas, rice, applesauce, and toast (BRAT diet), lean proteins like chicken and fish, and gentle vegetables like cucumbers and zucchini, while limiting gas-producing foods like beans, cabbage, and broccoli, and avoiding carbonated drinks and high-fiber foods that can be difficult to digest.
