Weakness and Gas issue
Hi Doc, Hope you are doing well. My past 6 days condition : I have been feeling weakness and Gas for 6 days. Then I did full body checkup and I got the following result: Liver and kidney panel serum uric Acid : 7.60 mg/dl Ast Sgot : 175.2 u/l Alt sgpt : 408. 2 u/l Cgtp: 105 u/l Alp : 130 u/l Lipd, serum: Cholesterol : 215:40 mg/dl Hdl Cholesterol :33.50 mg/dl Ldl cholesterol : 156.5 mg/dl Non-hdl cholesterol : 182 mg/dl Thyroid Profile: fine Hba1c : 5.8 Rbc :25:40 Mch: 30 Mchc: 30 Rdwc: 14.40 Lymphosites: 40. 30.. I went to a General physian in Patna and I told him, I have  gas issue and whole day weakness and after having Potty I feel more weakness  and my weight is 84 kg now then he gave me medicine for 30 days. Evion Lc : 1 capsule per day, albendagole: 1 tablet per week, agythromycin : 1 tab per day, digestogyme : 3 tablet per day and cb 12 injection for alternative day.  I ate medicine 5 days but condition is not improved. Still feeling weakness.

Your liver functions and lipid profile are deranged. Uric acid is also high.Apart from weakness what other problem do you have? Are you on some medication? Do you take alcohol?

Get serum hepatitis B, antibody Hepatitis c test done. Take tab Liv 52 one morning and one evening for 15 days tab pantaprazole +domperidone 10mg. one every 8 hours for a week.

Let me know if you have fever ,body rashes,any discolouration of urine,yellowish skin or eye with weakness? I can see your liver enzymes are in higher level.need to know the bilirubin and albumin globulin count.also cbc count
