Weak ligament
A weak ligament connecting the pelvic bone to the femur causing discomfort in movement. The bone moves in and out of its ball and socket joint every time I sit down or stand up.

Bhujang Asana – Lie flat on your stomach, keeping the palms out, bend the neck backward, take a deep breath and while holding it for 6 seconds, raise the chest up. Release breath and relax your body. Repeat the exercise 15 times twice daily.

There is no term as weak ligament either it is torn ligament or lax ligament. Anyway clicking sound while sitting and standing is a problem and needs to be examined. Kindly visit a experienced, qualified and registered physiotherapist for needful to consult us visit www.physiotherapistdelhi.in
