Watery eyes
Hi I have reddish and watery eyes when I look at the laptop screen . It also started to pain a little in the recent days. Please let me know what can be the done to avoid this.

Your symptoms are of dry eye, you can put lubricating eye drops , also show to near by ophthalmologist.

Take breaks very 20 to 30 minutes for 20-30 seconds where you gently close your eyes.. make sure your seating posture is correct - the desktop or laptop is below eye level.. use lubricating drops like refresh tears 4-6 times a day for about 15 days till these good habits kick in and you will be fine . Hello This could be due to dryness Try A. Cold compresses B. Use antiglare glasses C. Use lubricating eyedrop like lubrex frequently Consult local ophthalmologist if problem persist

You have computer vision syndrome get your eyesight tested and use ARC glasses for computer work and blink your eyes in between computer work use tear plus eye drop
