I have reddish and watery eyes when I look at the laptop screen . It also started to pain a little in the recent days. Please let me know what can be the done to avoid this.

You have computer vision syndrome get your eyesight tested and use ARC glasses for computer work and blink your eyes in between computer work use tear plus eye drop
