Watery cofee colour discharge
I have my period 8 days early, having coffee colour and watery discharge for 2 days, ten it was normal for 4 days and stop, After 18 days again cofee colour discharge and watery for one day then normal 3 days and stop, I have done ultrasound which shows a small hypoechoic lesson of size 9mm x 9mm seen in posterior wall of uterus, Endometrial thickness 8mm, cervix apper normal, no free fluid seen in pouch of douglas, is it something danger, please help me

You need investigations to find the reason. Better to go for endometrial biopsy. Go for complete gynecological check up - which includes per speculum examination. Get papsmear done do. Get thyroid function test done
